The Agency of Geodesy, Cartography, and Cadastre announced this, noting that, in conjunction with the Real Estate Cadastre, it has completed the national real estate valuation and revaluation process and launched public consultations to verify the preliminary results. To bring real estate values in line with economic realities, the Agency has developed eight valuation models based on modern methodology and international practice.
