As Lara Real Estate Exchange reported, 1 square meter in one-room apartments at Botanica in August cost from 554 to 638 euros, Buiucani - 582-599 euros, Center - 607-673 euros, at Ciocana -506-610 euros, Riscani –598-633 euros. In two-room apartments a square meter (sq. m) in August cost from 489 to 587 euros at Botanica, 528-556 euros at Buiucani, 547-606 euros in the Center, 462-554 euros at Ciocana, and 522- 579 euros at Riscani. In three-room apartments in August, the price of 1 sq. m at Botanica was in the range of 442-491 euros, at Buiucani - 450-459 euros, Center - 459-519 euros, Ciocana - 389-462 euros, Riscani - 446-495 euros. In four-room apartments in August of this year at Botanica, the cost of 1 sq. m. ranged from 415 to 453 euros, at Buiucani - from 407 to 420 euros, in the Center - from 416 to 476 euros, at Ciocana - from 368 to 438 euros, at Riscani - from 426 to 475 euros. It should be noted that for 8 months in 2021, prices for residential real estate in Chisinau in the secondary market increased by almost 3%, and compared to August last year, the growth was about 4%.
