As announced by the state-owned Energocom, on January 27, the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE) approved Energocom's base costs related to natural gas supply activities necessary for it to fulfill its public service obligations. The base costs represent all of the supplier's operating expenses and include labor costs, material costs, costs for services provided by third parties, as well as administrative and distribution costs.
