A project for the energy rehabilitation of apartment buildings is starting in Moldova
Government announced this, noting that the project aims to reduce energy consumption and ease the burden on the population. The Cabinet recalled that the energy rehabilitation of the tallest residential building in Bălți, an 18-story building with 80 apartments, was recently completed with the support of European partners. This has directly resulted in a 50% reduction in utility costs. At the same time, the market value of housing has increased significantly. “In the coming years, the government plans to expand this program at the national level to cover apartment buildings in the municipalities of Chisinau, Bălți, and other cities in the country,” the Cabinet said. //01.08.2025 – InfoMarket.
