Disconnecting household consumers and/or charging fines for non-payment of electricity, heating and gas bills will be again allowed in Moldova starting July 31.
The Emergency Situations Commission adopted the decision to cancel, as of July 31, item 13 of decision #7 of March 4, which provides that companies providing public services are forbidden to cut off services by cutting off consuming places and/or charging fines for non-payment of electricity, heating and natural gas bills by residential consumers, except in cases when the cut-off aims to avoid danger for human life and health or damage to property. // 27.06.2022 - InfoMarket
