Premier Energy has signed a contract with Energocom to buy 30% of the required amount of electricity supplied by UKRHydroenergo at $84.74 per MW, and is analyzing data for a tariff adjustment.
According to a 29 April order of the Moldovan Emergency Situations Commission, Premier Energy has signed an additional agreement to the power purchase contract with Energocom to buy 30% of the electricity needed during the period from 12 to 31 May at a price of $84.74/MW from UKRHydroenergo, which includes a service fee for services provided by the supplier. Premier Energy said that considering the increase of electricity purchase price in the current month, under the contracts with Energocom (increase of purchase price of electricity from the Moldovan HPP to $60 USD per 1MW for 70% of electricity and to $84.74 USD per 1MW for 30% of electricity purchased from UKRHydroenergo), and in view of the debt owed to Energocom because of the delay in adjusting the price of electricity supply, Premier Energy is examining data on the adjustment of the supply price in case it exceeds the margin of 5% of the tariff deviations. // 17.05.2022 – InfoMarket
