The Public Property Agency reported this, noting that this appointment was approved during the last annual general meeting of Moldovagaz. It is emphasized that Marian Mamei is the head of the Quality Infrastructure and Industrial Safety Department of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, and he has a wealth of experience in the energy sector, and in 2019 he was a member of the Audit Commission of JSC Moldovagaz. The Public Property Agency also clarified that, in accordance with the decisions approved at the meeting of Moldovagaz shareholders, the Deputy Director General of the Public Property Agency Mihail Soțchi will continue to work as a member of the Supervisory Board of Moldovagaz, as he did since August 2020. It should be noted that the Supervisory Board of Moldovagaz includes two representatives of the Moldovan government.
