This was stated by the Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization at a meeting in Brussels with Siegfried Muresan, MEP, co-chairman of the Moldova-EU Parliamentary Committee on Association, co-rapporteur of the European Parliament on the 1.8-billion-euro Economic Growth Plan for Moldova. Dumitru Alaiba said that this GDP growth is necessary to lay the foundations of a strong and competitive economy in Moldova. He said that the Economic Growth Plan for Moldova, approved by the European Commission, is the main tool to achieve this goal, backed by strategic investments, digitalization and a firm orientation towards the West. “Thanks to perseverance, strong partnerships and hard work, we will succeed!” said Dumitru Alaiba. // 21.11.2024 – InfoMarket
