The Polish Solidarity Fund in Moldova is holding a grant competition for Moldovan agricultural producers, providing funding of up to €50,000
The grant competition for local small and medium-sized enterprises in the agricultural sector is part of the broader Team Europe initiative “Sustainable Food Systems,” funded by the European Union and the Czech Republic. The aim of the funding is to support initiatives to create and strengthen sustainable agri-food chains developed and coordinated by associations of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the agri-food sector. The total budget for the competition is €250,000. Grants of up to €50,000 are available to agricultural producers who are willing to jointly develop seed production, propagation, processing, and marketing. Support is intended for corn, sorghum, industrial hemp, and cover crops. SME associations are also eligible for grants. The deadline for applications is March 16.
