
Investment agencies of Moldova, Ukraine and Poland to establish strategic cooperation to promote the region as an attractive investment destination
This was announced by the Investment Agency of Moldova, noting that this was discussed during the meetings of their heads within the framework of the Eastern Partnership Business Forum held in Warsaw. The event, dedicated to the exchange of ideas and discussions on cooperation between the Eastern Partnership countries with an emphasis on regional economic development, was attended by the Director of the Investment Agency of Moldova (Invest Moldova) Natalia Bejan. As part of her participation in the business forum, she had bilateral meetings with representatives of Ukraine Invest, as well as a familiarization visit to the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (Polska Agencja Inwestycji i Handlu - PAIH). During the discussions, the main focus was on initiating strategic cooperation between the three agencies - from Moldova, Ukraine and Poland - in order to strengthen joint efforts to promote the region as an attractive investment destination. The main objective is to improve regional infrastructure and logistics, with a focus on facilitating Ukraine's connection with the European Union via Poland and developing connections in the south via Moldova. A number of official events and bilateral meetings took place during the working visit.
