
Finance Minister Victoria Belous, in her capacity as Moldova's Governor of the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank, is attending the 26th annual meeting of the BSTDB Board of Directors in Istanbul
According to the Finance Ministry, the event takes place on 6 December and is attended by high-ranking representatives of the BSTDB member states, the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization. On the agenda of the meeting are discussions on the bank's medium-term strategy, business plan for 2025-2026, current loan portfolio, sources of financing and opportunities for increased cooperation among member countries. The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank(BSTDB), founded by the countries of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation, promotes economic development and regional integration. Headquartered in Thessaloniki, Greece, the Bank finances projects in the public and private sectors, provides loans, investments and guarantees, and supports trade. The BSTDB is designed to finance various regional programs for the transition to a market economy and to promote cooperation among member countries (Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Turkey, and Ukraine). // 06.12.2024 - InfoMarket
