
Prime Minister Dorin Recean urged businessmen from Romania and Germany to invest in Moldova and implement mutually beneficial projects
He made the call at a meeting of members of the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Dorin Recean said that Moldova is becoming an even more attractive destination for investors on the way to joining the European Union, stressing that ensuring stability and predictability for business people remains a priority on the Executive's agenda. Prime Minister said that Moldova has a valuable resource - talented people, who support the development and innovations in various fields, such as viticulture, information technologies, digital entertainment, electronics, pharmaceuticals and energy. At the same time, thanks to dual vocational education programs inspired by the German model, future professionals are well prepared to contribute to economic growth and attract new investments. “Our country has great potential for development: we have talent, innovation and a favorable environment for long-term growth. We will do everything necessary for you to feel comfortable and invest here in Moldova,” Dorin Recean said. The event, attended by Romanian and German companies interested in the Moldovan market, was organized by the Romanian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation and the Entrepreneurship Development Organization. The participants discussed Moldova's potential as a business location, development trends and cooperation prospects.
