According to the report of the Consolidated Programme Implementation Unit of the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), in particular, IFAD offers grants for the construction of 3 km of road (white version), which will provide access of agricultural producers (water users associations) to agricultural fields and production areas. The beneficiaries of the grants can be groups of small farmers (water user associations) who own and/or lease up to 50 hectares of land located near the sector where the infrastructure will be built, together with local public authorities The grant amount is up to 225 thousand euros per 3 km of road (75 thousand euros per 1 km).
