Starting November 27, 2025, maib launches a new issuance of corporate bonds under the 3rd Public Offering Program. Until December 16, 2025, inclusive, 7,500 bonds will be available for subscription, with a total value of MDL 150,000,000 and a nominal value of MDL 20,000 each. The interest rate for the first year of circulation is 6.67%, consisting of the reference rate (5.67%) + the fixed margin set for Class VI (1.0%).
