The General Meeting of Shareholders of "Banca de Finante si Comert" S.A. which took place on 30.06.2021 have been approved all the members of the Bank's Board.
During the meeting on October 28, 2021, the NBM has approved Mr. Serghei Sevcenco as a new Member of the Bank's Council, and on October 29, 2021, the approval of the position of the Member of the Bank's Council, Mrs. Elena Garcavenko, has come into force in connection with the appointment of the second independent Member of the Bank Board, Mr. Serghei Sevcenco.
Sevcenco Serghei has experience in financial management, audit, and management of large companies in the Republic of Moldova and Romania. In recent years, he has held senior positions at “KMG Rompetrol Services Center” SRL in Romania, and since 2007 has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Garcavenco Elena is one of the founders with a 50% share and the Financial Director of the company “CONTINENT” SRL, who is a shareholder with a qualified holding in the share capital of FinComBank S.A. Her 30 years of experience in management and finance, as well as cooperation with large corporations, will accelerate the process of achieving the set goals as part of the Bank's long-term strategy.
The Chairman of the Board of the Bank is Mr. Victor Hvorostovschii, who since the establishment of the bank, up to 2020, was the Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank. Also, other members of the Council of the Bank are Mr. Nicolae Dorin - Vice President of the Board and shareholder with a qualified holding in the share capital of the Bank, President of the Association of Banks of the Republic of Moldova, and Mrs. Rudenco Larisa - consultant of "AGRIMEC" SRL, who until 2018 held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Bank's Management Committee.

According to the results for the first 9 months of operation in 2021, FinComBank received 56.7 million lei of profit. In terms of return on assets (ROA), the bank ranks 3rd in the system (1.83%), and in terms of return on equity (ROE), it ranks 5th (11.35%). In 2021 the bank managed to increase the deposit portfolio by 339 million lei, and total assets by 435 million lei, and occupying the 2nd place in the system in terms of their relative growth. The bank has 85 branches and over 600 employees.
