The alto community was invited to a select event to celebrate a year of next-level premium banking in Moldova

Maib, with the support of Visa, gave a party full of elegance and a distinguished atmosphere, celebrating with the alto customer community the first anniversary of the premium banking service.

In figures, a year of alto means:
-          thousands of customers who form the alto community;
-          12 areas dedicated to alto, in the capital and the regions of the country;
-          16 dedicated alto managers;
-          365 days of happy experiences for the alto community.
In experiences, alto means:

-       personal manger;
-      dedicated concierge;
-       24/7 assistance;
-       exclusive products and services;
-       special events and projects.

Giorgi Shagidze, maib CEO:

"We are excited about the results of alto's first year of activity and the premium banking experiences we are creating for our customers. Alto's goal is to offer complex banking services that differ from traditional ones. Alto customers enjoy personalised service in dedicated areas in the 12 maib branches, concierge services, insurance and many other experiences, and the results of alto's first year are just the beginning of everything we aim to create for this segment of maib customers".

The anniversary event entitled "A day with alto" included several activities. In addition to the relaxing atmosphere, ideally suited to a weekend start, networking opportunities, and select music, customers learned about many innovations and new products that will soon complete the alto portfolio. They also left messages about their premium banking experience and event ideas to complement the range of events organised for the alto community under the "alto days" generic, as well as watching chef Petru Chicu, partly assisted by chat GPT, cooked up a tasty dessert, praised as "absolutely delicious". At the same time, the luckiest ones, by drawing lots, won an invitation for two people to the Tsinandali festival, and one customer won a voucher for a stylish creation signed by the famous fashion designer Valentina Vidrașcu.

Aliona Stratan, maib First Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board:

”Alto is different from what existed in the Moldovan banking sector, and the name alto suggests this: on the one hand - altitude, height, and premium; on the other hand - that it's different. It's something else. More precisely, alto offers new opportunities that we create to inspire customers to reach new heights. We set out from the start to provide more than banking services and to offer our customers premium, personalised and unique services, experiences and the premium feeling not only in banking. Daily feedback confirms that we have succeeded in creating extraordinary experiences this year. It's just the beginning, and we'll continue to surprise the alto community. I thank alto customers because we are not just an option but a conscious choice. Thanks to our partner Visa for helping us put maib customers first every day, every hour. And special thanks to the maib team for their professionalism, dedication and inspiration to develop alto and create memorable customer experiences".
