Cadastral service bookings are now available through the EVO app

The Real Estate Cadastre public institution has been integrated into the "Appointments" module of the EVO app, allowing citizens to book services online. According to the Electronic Governance Agency, the service is initially available in 14 locations (Causeni, Hincesti, Ungheni, Drochia, Balti, Riscani, Cahul, Floresti, Stefan Voda, Ialoveni, and others). The service will subsequently be expanded to cover the entire country. Users can select a service, date, and time, as well as obtain information about service offices and manage their bookings directly within the app. The app also allows users to add appointments to their calendar, display offices on a map, and cancel appointments. The service is integrated with the programari.gov.md government platform, which integrates the booking services of a number of government agencies (the Public Services Agency, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and others). According to the agency, approximately 300 appointments for government services have been processed through EVO since the beginning of 2026.
