Media service providers in Moldova can apply for a broadcasting license and obtain it online
According to the e-Governance Agency, the new process eliminates the need to submit documents in person to the Audiovisual Council, providing a fully automated, transparent, and efficient process from application to license issuance. The document can be obtained through the EVO application/Public Services module. The service fee is: 3,250 lei – issuance and renewal of a license, 325 lei – reissuance of a license, 585 lei – issuance of a duplicate. The electronic version of the license is available 3 days after payment confirmation. The document can also be obtained in printed form from the Audiovisual Council. A broadcasting license is a permit issued by the Audiovisual Council that grants media service providers the legal right to broadcast a linear audiovisual service (radio or television).
