The Ministry of Finance has begun developing budget, tax, and customs policies for 2026
The Ministry has published a statement announcing the start of work on a bill to amend certain regulations relating to budget, tax, and customs policy. In this regard, the Ministry of Finance invites all interested parties to submit their proposals and recommendations on this bill. Applications will be accepted until November 5. In addition, the Ministry is developing draft amendments to Section III of the Tax Code, which is intended to transpose the provisions of the EU Directive on the common VAT system. Proposals for this initiative will be accepted until November 6. The Ministry is also developing a bill on prudential supervision of investment companies, which aims to strengthen the regulatory framework related to the capital market, in particular prudential supervision of investment companies, as well as to continue harmonizing the regulatory framework with EU legislation.
