Moldova creates centralized information resource e-Dosar for criminal and delinquent cases management

The government, at a meeting on Wednesday, approved the concept of the e-Dosar information system, which is meant to improve the collection, processing, distribution of data and information among all institutions involved in the management of criminal and delinquency cases. The system will automate and digitalize legal and administrative processes, reduce the time needed to process cases and reduce the impact of the human factor. Data will be unified and centralized, and all cases will be detailed, accompanied by decisions. The implementation of e-Dosar will allow tracking the execution of decisions, statistics of offenses and accidents on the roads and other necessary information for investigative bodies and instances authorized to consider cases. At the same time, the system will provide real-time access to all information, contributing to the transparency of the case review process. According to the concept, the system will be securely accessed and data generation and analysis will be possible through e-Dosar. The system will be developed within the budget of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. // 23.10.2024 - InfoMarket.
