Moldovan government has started the acceptance of dossiers for the registration of applicants for the 10 national awards of 2022 in the amount of 100 thousand lei each.

Moldovan government has started the acceptance of dossiers for the registration of applicants for the 10 national awards of 2022 in the amount of 100 thousand lei each.

According to the Cabinet of Ministers, the prizes will be granted during events on the occasion of Moldova's Independence Day. The national award is given to people who significantly contributed and had a significant impact on development of society, science, technology, culture, art and sport, as well as on consolidation of values, heritage and image of Moldova. The commission for awarding the National Prize approved the contest's phases and conditions during its first meeting. Thus, from 27 July till 10 August, interested people and groups may submit their applications electronically to cancelaria@gov.md. Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita, who chaired the meeting of the commission, noted, among other things, that although it is a difficult and painful year for the entire region, including Moldova, it is important not to forget the people whose achievements help the country and even the world, so that there would be more good, more creativity and innovation.
