Moldovan government will consider and approve the draft fiscal policy and annual budgets for 2021 at a meeting on November 30 in the evening.

Prime Minister Ion Chicu stated this after the traditional meeting of Moldova’s top leadership on Monday. According to him, the meeting of the Cabinet, which will discuss these important documents, will begin at 17:00. Ion Chicu expressed the hope that the government will accept the draft fiscal policy and drafts of all three annual budgets for the next year and send them to parliament, hoping that parliament will approve them soon in the first reading, perhaps even this week. Prime Minister noted that the draft fiscal policy was submitted for consultations a week ago, but most of the proposals on this document were voiced since September. Ion Chicu thanked everyone who participated in the elaboration of these documents, as well as those who took part in discussions on them, noting that constructive criticism and good proposals, as well as populist proposals were registered during the discussions. He stressed that any opinion is important for the government, and the Cabinet expects to eventually approve a common product of persons interested in having a fiscal policy in 2021 that is as suitable as possible for the situation in which we are now. // 30.11.2020 - InfoMarket.
