As InfoMarket agency was informed in the National Bureau of Statistics, the export of domestic goods for 8 months in 2021 amounted to $ 1 billion 341.3 million (74.2% of the total), an increase of 15.1% compared to the same period last year. At the same time, the re-export of goods in January-August 2021 amounted to $ 467.4 million (25.8% of the total), which is 29.8% more than in the same period in 2020. Herewith, the re-export of goods after processing (clothing, shoes, shoe parts, armchairs, electrical wiring and cables, other products for the automotive industry, peeled nuts, chairs and other furniture, suitcases, textiles, toys, etc.) accounted for 17.6% of total exports, and the classic re-export of foreign goods (medicines, cigarettes, wine distillates, whiskey, gin, vodka, liqueurs, beer, fuel, textiles, knitwear, essential oils, perfumes and cosmetics, vehicles, furniture, etc.) - 8.24%. According to the NBS, for the export of goods abroad in this period, motor transport was most often used - 89.6% of the total volume, followed by sea transport - 6.6%, railway - 2.6%, air - 1.1%. as well as postal items - 0.1%. In general, Moldovan exports to the EU countries in January-August 2021, compared to the same period in 2020, increased by 14.2% - to $ 1 billion 132.02 million, to the CIS countries - increased by 14.3% - to $ 282.4 million, and to other countries - increased by 37.3% - to $ 394.3 million. The share of EU countries in the total volume of Moldovan exports for the specified period decreased from 64.98% to 62.59%, the share of the CIS decreased from 16.2% to 15.61%, while the share of other countries increased from 18.83% to 21.8%. According to the NBS, for 8 months in 2021, the main countries of destination for Moldovan exports were: Romania (27.4% of total exports), Germany and Russia (9.3% each), Turkey (9%), Italy (7.7%), Poland (3.7%), Ukraine (3.1%), Czech Republic (3%), Switzerland (2.4%), Belarus (2.3%), Great Britain (2.2%), Bulgaria (1.6%), Hungary (1.4%), Holland (1.3%), France (1.2%), Spain (1.1%), Greece (1%), Portugal and the USA (0.9% each). At the same time, in January-August 2021, in comparison with the same period of 2020, Moldova increased exports to Romania (+ 19.6%), Turkey (1.6 times), Germany (+ 22.4%), Russia (+ 12.2%), Ukraine (+ 44%), Great Britain (+ 49.3%), Hungary (1.9 times), UAE (26.1 times), Belgium (2.1 times), Portugal (1.8 times), Israel (2.7 times), Lebanon (1.5 times), Bulgaria (+ 21.1%), Egypt (18.3 times), Czech Republic ( + 6.2%), Poland (+ 5%), Slovakia (+ 48.2%), Uzbekistan (2.1 times), Libya (131.7 times), Tunisia (7.2 times), Canada (+ 48.7%), China (+ 23.2%), Switzerland (+ 3.4%), Bangladesh (5.3 times), Nigeria (2.3 times), Chile (22.7 times), Serbia (+ 14.7%), Austria (+ 6.7%), North Macedonia (1.7 times), Japan (1.5 times). Herewith, during the specified period, Moldova reduced exports to Cyprus (-56.5%), Greece (-20.1%), Spain (-13.1%), Jordan (-74.5%), Kazakhstan (-19%), Belarus (-3.9%), Syria (-43.7%), Indonesia (-28.3%), Estonia (-35.3%), Iraq (-22.9%), Latvia (-22.9%), USA (-6.1%), Morocco (-89%), Philippines (-72.8%), South Africa (-53.4%).
