The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization has initiated an update to the regulatory framework related to entrepreneurial activity. The goal of the initiative is to create a favorable environment for the development of entrepreneurship and attracting investment. The new law will replace the current Law on Entrepreneurship and Enterprises, which contains numerous contradictions to the civil code, as well as outdated provisions that do not meet EU standards. The Law on Entrepreneurship structures all stages, types and organizational forms of entrepreneurship, it will consist of 6 chapters: general provisions, entrepreneurial activity and basic principles, forms of entrepreneurial activity, starting an entrepreneurial activity, access to markets and internationalization of business, interaction with government agencies. The law plans to clarify the forms of entrepreneurship without creating a legal entity, such as independent activity, a representative of liberal professions; the procedure for starting an entrepreneurial activity, the principles of interaction with government agencies. The innovation of the project is the regulation of platforms for interaction and dialogue in the field of entrepreneurship.
