She emphasized that it is very important to create an environment that supports and stimulates entrepreneurship, simplifying its activity and removing bureaucratic barriers. In her speech, the Finance Minister emphasized the importance of a stable business climate and a predictable legislative framework for the business environment. Victoria Belous spoke about the measures proposed for 2025 aimed at supporting the business environment and improving fiscal and customs conditions. The Minister of Finance also emphasized the importance of automating customs processes to reduce subjectivity and risks. At the same time, she emphasized that the priority of the Ministry of Finance is the voluntary fulfillment of tax obligations by taxpayers, rather than excessive control. “We are initiating a process of constant communication to ensure predictability and transparency regarding new aspects of fiscal policy. Business is the engine of this economy and our support is very important,” Victoria Belous added.
