
Patent holders who switched to independent activities can request until August 31 reimbursement of part of the costs.
Beneficiaries will only be able to be individuals who at the end of 2022 owned patents for retail trade from stalls, counters, from tents, kiosks (stalls), pavilions and motor vehicles, as well as for the sale of food perishable goods of domestic origin, and who subsequently registered as individuals with independent activities and since January 2023 have incurred costs associated with it. In particular, in case of re-registration as individuals engaged in independent activities, patent holders may receive compensation for the following expenses: purchase and installation of cash register equipment with fiscal memory or related digital solutions; arrangement of the workplace (purchase of furniture, purchase of building materials, etc.); other costs associated with the purchase of fixed assets or small value items necessary to organize and conduct activities. The maximum amount of compensation will be up to 10 thousand lei per beneficiary. Compensations will be offered through the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development. The deadline to accept applications is from July 1 till August 31. The electronic form is available at https://compensare.oda.md. Compensation will be made within 30 days after acceptance of the request. Applicants who do not have a qualified electronic signature or have chosen another way to apply may apply for compensation through one-stop centers for public services or territorial subdivisions of the State Tax Service. Compensation will be provided through the state service of electronic payments (MPay).
