The interest rate on loans for financing micro and small enterprises in Moldova under IFAD programs has been reduced from 10.1% to 9.1% per annum

The Ministry of Agriculture and the department responsible for implementing International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) programs in Moldova announced this, noting that in order to support farmers who implement projects that are important to society, the lending terms are more favorable, which facilitates access to financing and contributes to the sustainable development of rural areas. IFAD provides Moldovan farmers with loans for micro-entrepreneurs of up to 1 million lei, loans for micro and small businesses of up to 150,000 euros, loans with a grant component for young people and women entrepreneurs of up to 1 million lei, loans for producer groups of up to 250,000 euros, etc. // 22.12.2025 – InfoMarket.
