
In Moldova, the average prices for the sale of agricultural products by agricultural enterprises for 9 months in 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, increased by 18.6%.
This was reported by the National Bureau of Statistics, noting that, at the same time, in January-September 2022, producer prices for crop products increased by 19.1% compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. The sales prices for berry crops increased noticeably - by 2.2 times, melons - by 68.3%, vegetables - by 54.7%, potatoes - by 45.6%, wheat - by 31.5%, leguminous crops - by 30.6%, barley - by 26%, sunflower - by 13.8%, oats - by 13.2%. At the same time, producer prices for pome fruits decreased by 17.8%, grapes - by 12.5%, tobacco - by 4.9%. According to the NBS, for livestock products for 9 months of 2022, compared to the same period in 2021, producer prices increased by 17.2%, including for edible eggs - by 26.7%, for livestock and poultry (in live weight) - by 16.2% and for milk - by 14.8%. According to the NBS, producer prices in the III quarter of this year, compared to the III quarter of last year, increased by 22.6%, including for crop products - by 23.2% and for livestock products - by 18.4%. The data of the NBS are presented for agricultural enterprises and peasant (farm) enterprises with an area of agricultural land of 50 hectares or more (without data from enterprises and organizations on the left bank of the Dniester and Bender) and reflect the dynamics of average prices, based on the actual structure of their sales of agricultural products. // 07.11.2022 — InfoMarket
