This was stated by Vadim Codreanu, Director of the Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA), during his speech at Moldova Business Week 2025, where he participated in two key discussion panels dedicated to economic development and attracting investment to Moldova. During the discussion "Partnership: how to turn experience into opportunities," Codreanu spoke about the importance of certification as a strategic tool for entering foreign markets and increasing competitiveness. He also noted that under the Program for enhanced competitiveness of local producers and integration into value chains, entrepreneurs can receive grants of up to 2 million lei for certification and export-related activities. ODA also offers support through the digitalization of processes, e-commerce grants, mentoring for local supplier development, and programs dedicated to women's entrepreneurship. As ODA Director emphasized, certification is not a cost, but an investment that opens doors to international clients. During the panel discussion "Investment financing in Moldova: unlocking capital for growth," Vadim Codreanu discussed the opportunities for grant financial assistance and mentoring for local suppliers, as well as facilitating access to favorable loans under the state programs 373, FACEM BGK, and FACEM Impact.
