This was discussed during a meeting between Prime Minister Alexandru Munteanu and Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys. The parties discussed opportunities for expanding bilateral cooperation, regional challenges, and support for Moldova in its European integration process. Prime Minister stressed that the Moldovan government's priorities are to move forward with EU integration, economic growth, and maintaining security. In this regard, he expressed gratitude to the Lithuanian Foreign Minister for the good cooperation between the two countries and noted the importance of Lithuania's presidency of the EU Council, which will begin on January 1, 2027, for advancing the agenda of enlargement.
