The Ministry of Agriculture of Moldova is conducting an online citizen survey to gather opinions on the priorities for the agri-food and rural sectors

According to the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, the information received will contribute to the finalization of the Strategic Program for Agrarian Policy for 2026–2030, a document that will determine financial support in accordance with the priorities for interventions stipulated by the Law on Financing, Management, and Monitoring of Agricultural Policy. Citizens are encouraged to contribute to defining strategic directions for the development of Moldova's agri-food and rural sectors. The Strategic Program for Agrarian Policy for 2026–2030 will be based on a thorough assessment of the sector's needs, and the implementation of interventions financed from the National Fund for Agriculture and Rural Development is aimed at achieving the specific goals set forth in the aforementioned law. "Our goal is to confirm and prioritize the importance of the identified needs to ensure the most effective and targeted distribution of financial support (subsidies) in the next programming cycle," the Ministry of Agriculture stated.
