222 applications for 103.95 million lei were submitted as part of the competition held from August 15 to September 26 for the provision of direct payments to farmers in the livestock sector per kg of production

The Agency for Intervention and Payments in Agriculture (AIPA) presented these detailed data, noting that most of the applications came from the Glodeni (19 applications), Taraclia, Soroca (15 applications each), and Drochia (13 applications) districts. Since the start of the competition, payments totaling 73.59 million lei have already been approved for 119 applications out of the total number submitted. The approved amount was redirected to 188 beneficiaries per kilogram of cow's milk, 12 beneficiaries per kilogram of sheep's milk, and 17 beneficiaries per kilogram of goat's milk. By submitting the same application, the applicant had the opportunity to request assistance for all three sub-measures. Through this support mechanism, AIPA reaffirms its commitment to promoting the sustainable development of the livestock sector by supporting farmers in the production and marketing of milk. The full list of applicants is available on the AIPA website. // 30.09.2025 — InfoMarket
