In particular, the National Commission for the Financial Market reported that it registered the second issue of Maib bonds within the framework of the offer program, in the amount of 62 million 140 thousand lei, in the amount of 3107 registered bonds of class V, with a nominal value of 20 thousand lei per bond, with a maturity circulation for 3 years and a floating interest rate linked to the weighted average interest rate on new deposits attracted in total in the banking sector (in national currency), for a period of 6 to 12 months, published on the official website of the National Bank of Moldova on the date of the first day of the public offer period, amounting to 4.38%, which changes annually on the same date (month and day) when the offer period began + a fixed margin of 0.5%, paid monthly. As InfoMarket previously reported, the National Commission for Financial Market previously approved the prospectus for the initial public offering of Moldova-Agroindbank bonds for a total amount of 1 billion lei.
