The NCFM registered the results of the first issue of Maib corporate bonds for 100 million lei within the framework of its Offer Program.
In particular, the National Commission for the Financial Market reported that it registered an issue of 5,000 registered bonds of class VI, with a nominal value of 20 thousand lei each, with a circulation period of 3 years. The interest rate on the bonds is floating and is linked to the weighted average interest rate on the total amount of new deposits attracted to the banking sector (in national currency), for a period of 6 to 12 months, plus a fixed margin of 1%, paid monthly. As InfoMarket previously reported, the National Commission for the Financial Market previously approved the prospectus for the initial public offering of bonds issued by Moldova-Agroindbank for a total amount of 1 billion lei.
