Development of the e-ANSA platform and creation of the Registry of Food Chain Operators started: seven services will be provided online by the end of 2026
As reported by the National Agency for Food Safety (ANSA), new digital solutions are being developed with the support of USAID Moldova under the Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity (MISRA). The new e-ANSA digital platform will reduce processing time and operational costs for businesses by facilitating interaction with government agencies. The digitization process will cover 7 main services: sanitary and veterinary registration, certification of bee mothers, registration of economic agents that produce and sell seeds, registration of basic technological equipment and phytosanitary registration. These services are expected to be fully digitized by the end of 2026. It is worth noting that ANSA's activities cover a wide range of areas, including sanitary-veterinary, phytosanitary food quality control, as well as licensing and certification processes, but in many areas physical presence is still required and documents are only accepted on paper. As part of the digitalization process, ANSA has launched several initiatives not only to implement digital solutions, but also to integrate them with other electronic systems. // 20.09.2024 – InfoMarket
