On August 17, in the cultural and natural reserve "Old Orhei" there will be a concert of classical music Opera Butuceni under the direction of an Austrian conductor
This event, aimed at both classical music lovers and tourists wishing to explore the natural beauty of Moldova, will bring together musicians and artists from Moldova and Austria. Thus, the symphony orchestra of the National Opera and Ballet Theater named after Maria Biesu will perform on stage, who will perform excerpts from famous operas, and in the second part of the concert, an ensemble of musicians from Austria and Moldova will perform Mozart’s serenade Gran Partita. The conductor of both parts of the concert will be Friedrich Pfeiffer (Austria). “It is a great honor for me to host the concert in such a special place. The impressive nature of Butuceni offers unique acoustics and atmosphere that enriches the interpretation of every note. This concert is not only about music, but also about the ideal symbiosis of art and nature, the moment of communication between the audience and the picturesque landscapes of a cultural and natural reserve,” the Austrian conductor said after the rehearsal. The concert consists of two parts: “Viennese Harmonies”, starting at 19:00, and “Midnight Concert”, starting at 21:30. Tickets can be purchased at the link: https://goo.su/nb1Urb.
