The Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices has increased the list of villages for the second tender for the “Pharmacy in Your Village” project

According to the agency, the list of villages was increased after requests from several mayoralties; it increased from 91 to 99. In the tender, the agency will select companies to open subsidized pharmacies in villages with more than 1,000 inhabitants. Economic agents interested in the tender can submit applications at the agency's “single window” until July 25. The tender itself will be held on July 26. Let us remind you that the first such tender identified economic agents for 71 out of 134 villages where rural pharmacies will be opened. The companies Sanfarm-Prim, Largus-Fer and Farmacia Salut received subsidies. These companies were entitled to a free license for pharmaceutical activity in villages for 5 years (standard license price - 3250 lei), as well as to state subsidies. Subsidies for the activity of rural pharmacies will be granted monthly, depending on the income from sales. Thus, the monthly amount of subsidies will be 10 thousand lei for sales up to 150 thousand lei per month, 15 thousand lei - for sales up to 100 thousand lei and up to 20 thousand lei - if sales do not reach 50 thousand lei per month. If the quarterly sales exceed 450 thousand lei, the beneficiary will not be able to receive the subsidy. The subsidized pharmacies must have a contract with the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) for the supply of compensated medicines, cash registers, automated information system, Internet access, premises with an area of at least 15 square meters (except for the lobby and bathroom), equipment for storing medicines, etc. A rural pharmacy must operate at least 6 hours a day. // 23.07.2024 - InfoMarket.
