The epidemiological form for those entering Moldova is available for download online.
The Ministry of Health and the National Agency for Public Health have updated the epidemiological form, which must be presented upon entering Moldova. According to the established rules, persons entering Moldova must provide a negative PCR test for coronavirus, made no earlier than 72 hours before the trip, or a vaccination certificate. In the absence of a PCR test or a vaccination certificate, persons arriving in the country must be in self-isolation (quarantine) for 14 days at the address indicated in the epidemiological card. For non-compliance with the self-isolation regime, administrative or criminal liability is provided. At the same time, the epidemiological card indicates that persons in self-isolation, regardless of the area from which they came, can end quarantine by doing a PCR test for COVID-19 and receiving a negative result. To ensure an unimpeded flow of citizens at border checkpoints, in the context of the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic, citizens are advised to fill out the epidemiological form in advance by downloading it on the websites of the Ministry of Health, Border Police or MFAEI. It is worth noting that in recent days, from 36 thousand to 44 thousand people cross the Moldovan state border in both directions every day. // 13.08.2021 - InfoMarket.
