In Moldova, another 336 families replaced their old household appliances with more energy-efficient new ones under the EU-supported EcoVoucher program

The Ministry of Energy and the National Center for Sustainable Energy announced this, noting that from June 12 to 28, a new stage of the state program of vouchers for household appliances (EcoVoucher) was held in the country. Under this program, 336 families received financial assistance for the purchase of new energy-efficient household appliances. Each voucher is worth 6,000 lei and covers up to 70% of the cost of new household appliances. During this stage, voucher beneficiaries purchased 173 refrigerators and 163 washing machines.
