Energy rehabilitation of one of the first apartment buildings in Chisinau included in the FEERM program has begun, with the total cost of the work amounting to 4.36 million lei

The Ministry of Energy announced this, noting that the ceremony marking the start of work on the building at 51/5 Calea Ieșilor Street was attended by Energy Minister Dorin Junghietu and the Director of the National Center for Sustainable Energy, Ion Muntean. The 36-apartment building is one of the first in the capital to receive FEERM funding. The cost of the rehabilitation is 4.36 million lei, of which 3.05 million lei was provided as a grant through the Fund for Energy Efficiency in Residential Buildings (FEERM), representing 70% of the investment.
