In Moldova, economic operators have diesel fuel reserves sufficient for 8 days and gasoline reserves sufficient for 18 days - ANRE
The National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) reported this, noting that it has taken note of publicly available information on the diesel fuel market situation and clarified that the energy regulator is constantly monitoring developments in the petroleum product sector within the scope of its legal authority. ANRE also monitors international market developments, including the situation in the Persian Gulf region, which generates uncertainty in oil markets and affects the dynamics of international quotations, including Platts quotations, which influences petroleum product prices and supply conditions. ANRE notes that it regulates and monitors only standard petroleum products sold through petrol stations, including ensuring pricing transparency and applying a methodology for calculating maximum selling prices for regulated products. Regarding the availability of petroleum products and inventory levels at economic operators, according to data from July 20, the situation is as follows: diesel fuel – 8 days' supply; gasoline – 18 days' supply. ANRE emphasizes that current data does not indicate a widespread shortage of standard petroleum products in the gas station network. The agency will continue to monitor the market and inform the public about developments that are significant for consumers. Previously, the "Power of Farmers" association reported signs of a diesel fuel shortage on the wholesale market and called on authorities to take measures to improve the situation.// 20.07.2026 — InfoMarket
