The Moldovan grape varieties Fetească Albă and Fetească Neagră are now featured in the permanent exhibition at the Wine Museum in Bordeaux, where visitors can also taste Moldova’s finest wines
As announced by the National Office of Vine and Wine (ONVV), at the very heart of this exhibition, visitors can discover them alongside the most representative grape varieties from around the world. “Our story continues thanks to master classes and panoramic tastings at the Belvedere, located right inside the museum. These events were made possible by our wineries, which offered their finest wines: Radacini, Chateau Vartely Winery, Vinum.md, Apriori Wine, Castel Mimi Wines, Vinaria din Vale, Salcuta, and Fautor Winery. “We are proud to present Moldovan wine to an international audience at one of the world’s most important venues,” emphasized the ONVV. The main wine museum in Bordeaux is the La Cité du Vin (“City of Wine”), an interactive center spanning 13,350 square meters that offers an interactive journey through the history and culture of wine from around the world. Visitors can use audio guides to grasp the essence of wine and follow the journey of this noble beverage from its very roots, concluding the tour with a wine tasting at the Belvedere, which offers a panoramic view. A visit to La Cité du Vin is an educational, exciting, and magical interactive tour through the history and traditions of winemaking, offering an introduction to the geography of the world’s most famous wine-producing regions. // 16.04.2026 — InfoMarket
