"You drive your career." Inspiration and motivation for participants in the maib internship program, the third edition
Maib announces the completion of the third edition of its internship program, marking yet another successful chapter in the professional development of talented young people in Moldova.
This edition of the program was unique for the 19 students selected from 5 pre- and university institutions in the country. The young people were able to discover and develop professionally in 5 important bank areas: IT, Operations, Business Banking, Marketing, Finance, and HR. They were guided by the best professionals, mentors, and colleagues, who provided them with an authentic professional experience.
The results speak for themselves: eight of nineteen participants involved in the program chose to start their career with the maib team. Among them, Lucia, Cătălina, Mihaela, and Cătălina found their passion and found the right place in the Finance Division. Maxim, Ana-Maria, Maxim and Adrian integrated perfectly into the IT Division team.
