CreditPrime Opens a New Customer Service Center in Chisinau; Plans to Expand Network in 2024

CreditPrime Opens a New Customer Service Center in Chisinau; Plans to Expand Network in 2024

A non-bank financial company CreditPrime Moldova marks a new stage of the company's development by opening a new branch in Chisinau, located in the Râșcani district (Bulevardul Moscova 1/2). Following customers' demand, CreditPrime plans to continue expanding its customer service center network this year.

In the new branch, which is the second client customer center in Chisinau, customers will have the opportunity to apply for a flexible and affordable credit line, get needed support and plan individual consultations to learn about responsible borrowing with professional specialists. Notably, with the opening of the new branch, 5 new jobs have been created for residents.

“Customers are the greatest value of CreditPrime, and our commitment to serve their needs with great efficiency and quality is behind this expansion strategy. The opening of our second customer center will allow us to serve 80+ customers per day, improving efficiency when applying for a credit line. Our consumer survey has shown that despite the convenience of receiving simple and affordable financial services remotely, there is a high need for a physical center, where customers can arrange credit lines in person with a professional specialist, and learn the specifics of the product”, indicates Ciprian Postaru, General Manager of CreditPrime Moldova.

When evaluating the company's development plans for this year, Ciprian Postaru highlights the expansion of the customer center network to enhance services and support for clients. In addition to that, CreditPrime Moldova will also focus on product improvement, with more personalized and flexible solutions, and new partnerships to elevate client experience.

The credit line usage has increased over 50% last year

In response to the growing customer demand, CreditPrime Moldova increased the maximum amount of the credit line from 50,000 to 70,000 MDL in the middle of the year and later to 100,000 MDL, positively influencing the results of the last quarter of the year. Therefore, the number of registered clients has increased by 14%, marking significant growth.

Looking at company's performance results, in the 4th quarter of 2023, the credit line usage by customers of CreditPrime Moldova increased by over 50% compared to the same period the year before. When analyzing overall clients' borrowing habits in 2023, the average loan amount for both new and repeated loans increased by 20% and 25% compared to 2022. The growing number of withdrawals suggests that consumers are actively leveraging the benefits of the credit line and valuing the availability of such products at any time of the day.

“The importance lies in offering an accessible credit line that is both flexible and affordable to Moldovans, enabling them to seize additional opportunities and overcome financial challenges effectively. The positively growing number of withdrawals along with registered clients reflects our customer loyalty and confidence in CreditPrime as a trusted financial institution”, continues Ciprian Postaru.

In December 2023, CreditPrime Moldova marked its 5th year of operations, with the team in Moldova reaching 150 employees, working in customer service call center and administration office. The newly opened CreditPrime customer service center in Bulevardul Moscova 1/2 will be available every day from 08:00 to 20:00.
