Maib reopens the Teilor Branch in the capital, aligning it with the new brand identity

Maib continues to transform its branches according to the new brand identity, spaces being adapted to the new color palette and the new operational model, creating an excellent atmosphere for both maib customers and employees.

Teilor Branch in the Botanica sector of the capital was relocated to a new space on 14/1, Dacia Boulevard, becoming even more comfortable, colourful, customer-centred and more focused on offering current and future maib customers' next level banking experiences.

Aliona Stratan, First Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board of maib:
“Our essential principle is to be closer to all our customers and offer them quality support and services in modern conditions. Reopening the Teilor Branch in a new, more convenient and easily accessible space gives us this possibility. In this transformation process, we have been guided by the priority requirements of our customers. We needed to understand what maib customers want and offer them more than that while keeping a simple and easy operational model.”

The Teilor Branch provides clients with several areas for various types of operations:
The self-service area within the branch is dedicated to fast banking operations for customers who want to make autonomous and in short-time certain operations at payment terminals, such as payment of invoices, repayment of credit, checking the account, depositing cash in the account, etc.

The transactional area allows for easier multiple operations at a single counter, with faster service for a wide list of processes, thus saving valuable time for everyone.

The consultative area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication and analyzing complex personal needs and business development plans. This area is more relaxing and suitable for making important decisions, such as a mortgage, business or things alike.

Oleg Burdujan, Director of Teilor Branch:
"Modern working conditions, pleasant and comfortable environment, adapted to the needs of the team and customers, friendly and accessible make the branch a place where we feel at home. This change gives us an additional reason to be the best and to continue deliver the best services to our customers, to record new performances and to strengthen our relationships with loyal consumers, as well as those who, coming to our branches, can benefit from the best possible results,  choosing to remain faithful to the banking services of maib.”

Teilor Branch is available to customers from Monday to Friday, from 09:00–17:00, without break.
