Modern, roomy, colorful and customer-oriented: maib inaugurates the Ștefan cel Mare Branch, aligned with the renewed visual identity

Maib, the leader of the banking sector in the Republic of Moldova, inaugurated the "Ștefan cel Mare" Branch located downtown, after its renovation according to the updated brand identity announced on October 8 last year. It is one of the most spacious and customer-requested branches in the maib network, which means that starting today, every customer who steps through its door will have next-level banking experiences.
Giorgi Shagidze, maib CEO:

„We are proud to inaugurate one of maib's main branches in the heart of the capital and the country, with solutions and a customer-centric operating model. We have a special dedication to the development of digital services, and the innovative point in the "Ștefan cel Mare" Branch is the digital corner area, where customers will be able to test, subscribe to maib digital solutions and get the taste of banking just a click away. We will continue to implement banking solutions that increase the convenience of maib customers regardless of what they do and wherever they are”.
The branch not only "put on a new face", becoming even more colorful, bright, modern and comfortable, but also experienced a series of simplifications in terms of the work process, the functionality of the counters, the organization of waiting areas and the implementation of the electronic queue to reduce waiting time.

Aliona Stratan, First Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board at maib, responsible for the Retail Division:
„The "Ștefan cel Mare" Branch is loved by many customers, being in the heart of the city and we are happy that by inaugurating it, by aligning with the new identity of the maib brand and implementing the new operational model, we will offer customers even more convenient and qualitative services. Both through the comfortable areas, the pleasant atmosphere, and thanks to our team trained to serve our beloved customers, we aim to create a maib world where customers will feel good and want to go to the next level in everything that is banking !”.
The branch is special through the five areas dedicated to different customer needs. Each of them focused on simplifying customers' access to banking products and services from the maib portfolio.

Self-service area - dedicated to quick banking operations for customers who want to perform certain operations at payment terminals autonomously and in a short time, such as: paying invoices, reimbursing credit, checking the account, depositing cash in the account, etc.

Transactional area - allows the facilitation of multiple operations at a single counter, with faster service for a vast range of operations and, implicitly, saving valuable time for everyone.

The consulting area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication, analyzing complex personal or business development needs and plans. This area is more relaxing, suitable for making important decisions such as mortgages, business loans or things alike.

The "alto" premium area - exclusive services, unique experiences in maximum comfort and special privileges for premium banking customers.

The digital corner area – was set up for the first time and is equipped with high-performance tablets, where customers have independent access to the entire spectrum of the bank's digital products and services.

Galina Braniște, Manager of the „Ștefan cel Mare” branch:
„From now on we will welcome customers with even more warmth in an innovative, colorful and rethought space so that every customer who visits us feels great. We strive to become better every day and I thank the maib team because professionalism and dedication to quality have become the qualities which customers associate us with, making us the number one choice for our customers”.
The "Ștefan cel Mare" branch is located in the center of Chisinau, on Vasile Alecsandri Street 115, and is available to customers every day, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, and on Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00, without break.
