The maib “Tighina” Branch, in the heart of Chisinau, aligns with the renewed brand identity

The maib "Tighina" Branch from the heart of the capital, one of the most requested subdivisions of the bank, has been renovated according to the renewed brand identity. Now it awaits its customers at the same address, 49 Tighina street, in a more colourful, bright, comfortable and relaxing space, with simplified and personalized products and services according to banking trends from the most successful European banks.

The "Tighina" Branch has four dedicated areas for various customer needs - areas where they can do operations on their own quickly and easily. In these areas, they can benefit from the informational support of consultants, where they can save time to make more transactions at a one-stop shop or in private areas where they can analyze important decisions.

Self-service area - dedicated to quick banking operations for customers who want to do certain operations autonomously and in a short time at payment terminals, such as: paying invoices, paying credit, checking the account, depositing cash in the account, etc.

Transactional area - allows the facilitation of multiple operations at a single counter, with faster service for a vast list of operations and, implicitly, saving valuable time for everyone.

The consulting area is semi-private, facilitating direct communication and analyzing complex personal or business development needs and plans. This zone is more relaxing and suitable for making important decisions such as mortgages, business loans or things alike.

The "alto" premium area - exclusive services, unique experiences in maximum comfort and special privileges for premium banking customers.

The four areas have been designed to reduce waiting time, perform more operations with a single consultant and offer maximum privacy to clients whose needs require more attention and time in identifying solutions.

Aliona Stratan, First Deputy Chairwoman of the Management Board at maib, responsible for the Retail Division:

"We aim to create a new standard of customer experience to make their lives simpler, better and more mobile. That’s why, with the renovation of the branches, we also improve the customer service, optimize the processes, rewarding every day the trust of our customers who choose us for the opportunities we offer to make banking convenient and advantageous. I express my appreciation and admiration to the maib team, which surpasses itself every day, and of course I thank our customers, who inspire us to create next level experiences in banking."

Cristina Rebeja-Turcanu, Manager of the "Tighina" Branch:
"We are glad that we have managed to modernize in record time so that our customers can benefit from the best banking services and products, giving them next-level experiences. Now they will spend less time at the counter because a single consultant will be able to help them identify optimal solutions for most of their needs. The area equipped with self-service terminals and ATMs will give customers more autonomy, the consulting area - privacy for important decisions, and the alto area – premium banking excellence".

The "Tighina" Branch is located in the center of Chisinau, on 49 Tighina street, and is opened to customers every day, from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, without break.

We remind you that the "Ion Creanga", "Gheorghe Asachi", "Puskin" Balți, "Miron Costin", "Miron Costin Business Center", "Constantin Tănase", "Decebal", "Ialoveni" Branches, as well as several maib agencies have recently aligned with the renewed brand identity. By the end of this year, maib plans to renovate several other subdivisions in Chisinau and across the country, aiming to offer customers more comfort, professional service and a personalized approach.
