The National Commission for the Financial Market announced this, noting that it has registered in the Register of Securities Issuers the restructuring of the previous issue of securities placed by Energocom, as well as an increase in the company's authorized capital by 900 thousand lei by increasing the par value of an ordinary share from 100 to 1000 lei from own capital. The authorized capital of Energocom after the restructuring of the issue of shares will amount to 1 million lei and will be divided into 1000 ordinary registered shares of the 1st class with a par value of 1000 lei each.
