
The state-owned Energocom has increased its authorized capital 10 times - up to 1 million lei.
The National Commission for the Financial Market announced this, noting that it has registered in the Register of Securities Issuers the restructuring of the previous issue of securities placed by Energocom, as well as an increase in the company's authorized capital by 900 thousand lei by increasing the par value of an ordinary share from 100 to 1000 lei from own capital. The authorized capital of Energocom after the restructuring of the issue of shares will amount to 1 million lei and will be divided into 1000 ordinary registered shares of the 1st class with a par value of 1000 lei each. As InfoMarket reported earlier, the decision to increase the authorized capital of the company from its own capital to 1 million lei by increasing the par value of the placed shares was made during the last annual general meeting of the company's shareholders. Energocom's net profit in 2020, compared to 2019, decreased by 16.4% and amounted to 24.47 million lei against 29.28 million lei a year earlier. The company's sales revenue decreased by 10.1% over the year - to 4 billion 019.76 million lei. Energocom is 100% state-owned. Energocom is a central electricity supplier.
