The loan portfolio of Moldova's non-bank credit organizations at the end of 2020 amounted to 9 billion 578.48 million lei, exceeding by 2.4% the same indicators at the end of 2019.

According to the National Commission for Financial Market, in 2020, non-bank credit organizations issued loans for 8 billion 112.43 million lei (+ 3.2% compared to 2019), another 1 billion 466 million lei was provided by non-bank credit organizations in the form of financial leasing (-1.8% compared to 2019). For comparison, in 2019, the non-bank credit organizations loan portfolio amounted to 9 billion 355.1 million lei, including 1 billion 492.9 million lei was provided in the form of financial leasing. The leader in terms of the volume of loans issued was Microinvest - 2 billion 255.5 million lei (about 27.8% of the total volume of financing issued by non-bank credit organizations), which increased the volume of lending by almost 24% compared to 2019. Last year, almost 37 thousand clients received financing from this company (+ 2.2%). Next in terms of the volume of loans issued are Easy Credit - 884.94 million lei (-5.7%), Iute Credit - 743.3 million lei (-10.4%), Sebo Credit - 468.88 million lei (-2.3%), Express Leasing & Microcredit - 379.19 million lei (-21.2%). The TOP-5 leading companies accounted for more than 58% of the total volume of funds issued by non-bank credit institutions. At the same time, BT Leasing MD is the leader in the financial leasing segment, leasing 582.32 million lei (about 40% of the financial lease issued by non-bank credit organizations). Compared to 2019, BT Leasing MD's loan portfolio grew by 13.9%, and the number of clients increased by 6.5% (to 1.9 thousand). In the segment of financial leasing, the TOP-5 companies at the end of last year also included: Capital Leasing - 250.18 million lei, which is 7.6% more than in 2019 (and also issued loans for 2.3 million lei), MAIB-Leasing - almost 183 million lei, which is 17% more than in the previous period (another 7.9 million lei in the form of loans), Finance Leasing Company - 153.77 million lei, which is 0.3% less (also issued loans for 14.4 million lei), Victoria Leasing & Finance - 148.63 million lei, which is 5.5% less (issued loans for 64.87 million lei).
