Also, a limited mode of operation of catering establishments has been preserved - from 7:00 to 22:00. In addition to restaurants, bars, cafes, canteens, the restriction also applies to catering establishments located at points of sale of oil products, shopping centers and airports, international and domestic border crossing points. In addition, the presence of spectators in cinemas, concert halls and houses of culture is prohibited, with the exception of theaters that can operate in strict accordance with previously approved instructions. From January 16, Olympiads in school disciplines can be held, with the physical presence of students in educational institutions in which they study. At the same time, starting from January 16, national federations accredited by the Ministry of Education will be able to resume holding sports competitions without spectators - in the open air and indoors, and on January 22, the annual congress of the governing bodies of the National Football Federation will be allowed. The commission also ordered public and private institutions to establish a special work schedule, with the physical presence of a limited number of staff. For employees, whose mandatory presence at work is not required, remote work should be provided. The government and its subordinate structures will work in a special mode: from 7:30 to 16:00 and a lunch break from 12:00 to 12:30. The decision of the commission clarifies the rules and exceptions for the entry and exit of Moldovan and foreign citizens from Moldova, while special provisions will apply to citizens who have received the COVID-19 vaccine. Vaccinated persons, with a certificate of vaccine administration, regardless of the country of arrival, will be able to enter the territory of Moldova, while they will be released from the obligation to fill out an epidemiological card and sign a declaration of their own responsibility for observing the 14-day quarantine. // 13.01.2021 — InfoMarket.
